ETFFI provides training services for the following trade courses:

  • Masonry NCII (34 days)
  • Construction Painting NCII (17 days)
  • Shielded Metal Arch Welding NCII (34 days)
  • Electrical Installation and Maintenance NCII (58┬ádays)
  • Plumbing NCII (34 days)

Availment of the above courses which is inclusive of training materials and use of tools can be through:



A one-on-one, anytime enrolment which is open to anyone who are willing to pay Php 20,000.00 per course.


    1. TWSP or the Training for Work Scholarship Program is a FREE training and assessment training program which is open to:
      • Male and female with age 18 years old and above
      • Educational attainment is based on industry requirements
      • Those who are from regions or provinces where the absolute number of indigent residents and the incidence of poverty are high
      • Persons with disability (pwds), indigenous people, persons from areas of conflict, solo parent and their children
      • Ofw returnees, members of the families of afp and pnp personnel killed in military and police operations

      Documentary Requirements

      • Copy of birth certificate
      • Copy of school diploma
      • ID pictures (1×1; 2×2; passport size
    2. PESFA or the Private Education Student Financial Assistance directs the scholars on the choices of careers to the critical skills request of in-demand jobs in the labor market. It also allows for equity distribution of the opportunities made available through government subsidies. It is expected to contribute to the development of a competent skilled workforce. This is open to:
      • High school male and female graduates
      • At least 15 years old
      • Have taken the National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) or have undergone the Youth Profilling for Starring Careers (YP4SC)
      • Belong to a family with annual income of not more than Php 120,000.00
      • Must not be recipient of any previous TESDA scholarship

      Documentary Requirements

      • Copy of High School Report Card/Diploma
      • Copy of NCAI or YP4SC result
      • Annual Income Tax Return or Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld for the previous year or Certificate of Exemption form
      • Payment of Income Tax Return

SKILLS ASSESSMENT for the accredited trade courses is likewise offered. Assessment process seeks to determine whether the graduate of the skills training program can perform to the standards expected in the workplace based on the defined competency standards set by TESDA. A National Certificate (NC) is issued to those who meet the competency standards. This ensures the productivity, quality, and global competitiveness of the middle-level workers. This is an assessment to determine the competency of the student/scholar after the training

The following may avail of the skills assessment services offered by ETFFI:

  • Those who have undergone the training for their chosen course in accordance with TESDA standard either as a TESDA scholar or paying student;
  • Industry workers who are currently employed;
  • a Certificate of Employment is required to be submitted to qualify for the assessment
